If release paper can't be peeled off

If the release paper on your board is unusually stubborn, try putting on a glove or using a pair of pliers to get better grip and see if that helps you pull it off. If that does not work, then it's possible that this was a bad batch and the release paper is simply fused to the glue and can't be removed. When possible, please confirm which product you have (photos are always welcome!), send us your order number or place of purchase and the name and address of where you'd like replacements shipped to so that we can work on getting replacements out to you.
